Good product
Really cool cup. It does leak a bit if you put it upside down so beware not to put it into a nap sack for example but keeps coffee warm very easy to hold with the cork and overall for 20$ it’s a good buy

Very cute and does the job
Came in the mail fairly quickly and I love it. The rubber grip around it feels nice, it's a good-looking travel mug for sure.It feels very solid, has a bit of weight in it. The outside is nice and shiny. Pretty easy to clean; if you have slender or small hands, you can get in it with a sponge just fine. It's not actually totally leak-proof or resistant. The lid/locking mechanism on it isn't the best, so if you tilt it downwards, stuff starts to trickle down a little. If you touch it just under the lid, you can sort of feel the temperature of whatever you've put in it, so the heat/coolness is probably escaping. The bottom half feels totally fine, though. It does its job very well, it's kept my coffee hot/warm for a long while, about 7 hours or so. I'd definitely recommend it despite the flaws.

This mug is a permanent fixture in my life.
I got one of these in college, and was saddened when I dropped it from quite a ways up and the lid broke. It had lasted me for years. I bit the bullet and spent $30 to get another one. It's my baby. I use it every day. It's easy to clean, keeps my coffee warm for HOURS, and fits in my cup holder. There are a couple of things to be aware of that aren't big enough issues for me to detract any stars. It leaks a little tiny bit, so I try to keep it upright. It's definitely not enough to render the product useless. I think the idea is that they can't make it completely leak-proof without risking steam buildup, which would cause small explosions and be a mess. Unless you cross treacherous terrain each day, it is fine. Another thing to be aware of is that the rubber sleeve might need to be taken off and cleaned occasionally - it can accumulate gunk if you don't keep it clean and dry. I suppose if you were a more careful person than me you could just avoid getting the outside wet; you only really need to rinse it out with water. It's stainless steel so it doesn't require a whole lot more maintenance than that.

Great for coffee
Holds heat very well. Looks great. Internal volume is slightly smaller than expected.

Great coffee mug for commuting
So far I've been quite happy with this mug. I used to be a loyal user of Nissan mugs (good insulation), though the rubber interior seal was a challenge to clean. I then tried the Thermos Travel Tumbler, though the lid on it often resulted in me spilling coffee down my frontside (lid design was a good idea, though the execution made drinking difficult and had poor modulation of flow).So... when I found this mug I was quite excited as it had good insulating properties along with a simple lid, and was all stainless steel (no plastic inside). So far I've been quite happy - it keeps coffee warm on my way to work, the lid is simple, easy to clean, and generally allows easy drinking of coffee. It has a nice wide stable base, and the wide mouth of the mug makes for a stable base if you use a ceramic cone coffee maker and make coffee directly in to you mug.
