I liked that they worked well. I thought I had ordered the three different sizes so I could try various heights but I must have read the order description wrong. I received two lifts- both the same size so I wasn’t able to experiment with various thickness of the lift I needed. However the lifts are very helpful when one leg is slightly shorter than the other leg. I would recommend them.

Well-made and comfortable. I actually bought these for a little extra height because I thought it would help my golf game (unfortunately it will take a lot more than these to help it). But I really enjoyed the extra height so that I wear them in my regular shoes as well. Very pleased with this purchase. Also, included in the shipment was all the information to contact the company if I was not happy which I think is an excellent customer service perk.

I bought these inserts for my casual wear shoes and boots, the 2.5 inch was just the right height to get rid of the painful pressing of the shoe rim on my heel. They are very comfortable, I did not feel them at all inside my shoe! They do not slip and they look quite strong and sturdy, but soft enough to be comfy. I will buy more, excellent price too!

When I use flat shoes my spinal hurts, after use these height lift insoles I can walk and use my flat shoes all day long.

Gives balance to my life. Can't live without it because my right knee still fcked up and cannot straighten it. I think it is my fourth change of slippers where I glued it and until now it looks and feels like when I just received it.

Comfortable and not too high, just the perfect size for any shoes you may own. I fully recommend this to anyone who wants to add a little height.

I got these for relief from achilles tendinopathy and found that they work really well. I bought the small 2.5cm and they fit into my trainers and sketchers as well, so pretty versatile. They don't stick though, the adhesive is almost non-existent. They don't slide around in my shoes and are comfortable, not too soft that they squash down but not hard either. As they don't stick, it makes it easier to switch them around in different shoes and they fit most shoes. However, you can't use them in open shoes due to lack of adhesion. Delivery was quick too, highly recommend for anyone who has achilles problems and also those who want to just look a bit taller.

I wished I'd bought these earlier as I have noticed myself walking is much better with this insole in my shoe. I'll be buying more.

Large size fits well. However the adhesive is weak and can come off too easily. It is comfortable than most heel lifts.

Good product,I’m having problems with my ankles/right Hamstring and these are helping,the dog walking has caused this but with ice packs,stretching exercises and these I hope it improves.
