Este libro se escribió cuando Arnold dio por concluida su vida deportiva. La primera parte del libro es un repaso exhaustivo de sus primeros años de vida en Austria, mudanza a Munich y luego a Santa Mónica, y de sus planes de entrenamiento. La segunda parte se dedica a tres programas de entrenamiento: casero (para el que no te hace falta nada de material), de gimnasio y avanzado en gimnasio. Los programas me ha parecido que están bien, pero quizás son un poco anticuados hoy día con sus rutinas de aislamiento muscular.

bel libro per amanti del body building....libro datato ma sempre interessante per carpire qualche nozione in più in materia....e anche un occasione per ripassare un po di inglese...il che non guasta...
