Perfect replacement part
It perfectly fit my 24 year old 36” Viking range. Viking’s quote was 3 times more!!

New ignitor for the built in griddle on my Viking range
The old ignitor stopped working. The parts from Viking are $$, so this part is a great value. Replacement required removing the front panel (where all the control knobs are), but it wasn't difficult. I did watch a YouTube video that was very helpful. The new ignitor is working great.

DIY easy but could use QC
I bought two of these igniters. They were both easy to install bye one of them I had it attachment plate slightly burnt which made the igniter about it 3/16 of an inch further away from the Gas burner tube. Used to since kept the burner from lighting properly andRequired some careful bending to achieve appropriate alignment and spacing from you Venturi tube. The second one installed and performed without any problems. Both were easy to attach to my existing Viking , With the wiring clips easy to attach to the existing clips. In the event that one had to strip and twist the wires, these igniters included twist on wiring caps. In this situation the price is right you kind of get what you pay for corn it may not be OEM but what do you expect From a third-party, made in China, low quality control offer?

Just as good and 1/3 the price!
Viking repairman wanted $1300 for 2 burners and 2 igniters. I bought all of them and did my own install for $420. It’s not hard if you are a little handy.
