I am confused. seller said not to use in high foot traffic areas, but said ok to use on decks and concrete floors! which is it?? thx!

It will seep into cracks and holes to fill them, but the top coating will rub off when there is high foot traffic. So We don't recommend it high foot traffic areas as a coating, but if you were looking to seal cracks and holes it would work.

With my vinyl car top,Im trying to decide if I should spray it on or get it in the can and brush it on?

We recommend getting the Flex Seal Liquid and brushing it on. We do not recommend using Flex Seal in the aerosol can on vinyl.
