Wouldn't fit.
Did not fit a new in the box old model 220F195 lantern. It was the largest one Colman had.

Hard Case for Coleman Propane Lantern Model 5152
Fair warning, this is my first Amazon customer review:Recently, I purchased a camper trailer and decided to dig into my hurricane preparedness stockpile for a propane lantern that I have never used. In fact, it is still in its original packaging and no longer manufactured by Coleman. The lantern packaging, I felt, was not suitable for the rough handling and travel to and from a camp site so I decide to search for a lantern carry case of some type. I called the Coleman company customer service and in short time was speaking to a customer service representative who confidently and quick order gave me a model and item number for me to look at on the Coleman website. I then searched the Amazon website for this item and found this product listed. I purchased this product on Tuesday and got it two days later.I must agree with the other reviews; this is a very good product. A little bigger than I expected but not an issue as far as can see. The lantern is enveloped very securely and solidly. I tested this carry case by hand shaking it and laying it on its side and upside down and at no point did it sound like it was moving within the carry case. I'm very happy with this purchase, so much so that I felt like writing this review.Note: my lantern 5152 model is (no longer manufactured) not listed in the Amazon description section so I recommend you call the Coleman customer service or visit the website to make sure this carry case is designed for your lantern. My Coleman lantern fitted in perfect . I have a Coleman lantern 5177 . It was nice to find a case that did not cost more then the lantern .

Wow, this case is huge compared to the old ...
Wow, this case is huge compared to the old US made 5155 I also own. This pasticular case is also U made but my 5159 was farmed out from Thailand and China (sigh). Despite the instructions I am unable to put my 5159 tabletop base in this. I even tried to dremel a spot for the knob to fit in the tabletop base. Oh well. It works and thus far survives the shake test.
