Tweeter much more durable
V.s. the CLS215 the tweeter can stand up to much higher and prolonged volume without tripping the fuse. These speakers are EXCELLENT for outdoor applications where you need to fill the area.

Surprising good allround, and especally mids and highs
I bought a pair of Cerwin Vega INT252v2 two years ago directly from one of the suppliers that regularly sells pro gear via Amazon, but on this occasion, I got a better price by purchasing direct from supplier. These may well be the sweetest sounding passive pro speakers I have heard - good tight base and really outstanding mids and highs with surprising clarity and detail. I use them only for larger events, with smaller, easier-to-carry powered speakers from JBL and QSC handling my more typical gigs. They could go on their own, but on the 'big' occasions, I tend to use them with a matching pair of Cerwin Vega INT 118v2 18" subs each driven by their own dedicated 300Wpc crown amp, and use a separate 500Wpc crown amp to drive these. This compensates for one of the few possible limitations of these speakers, they are not the most efficient - the SPL per watt per meter, and max SPL, may be a bit lower than competing products such as JBL JRX252 etc. The other issue with them is that whilst they look great and are well made, they are big and heavy, though at 84lbs, very much in the same ball park as similar products. As a pro sound guy who is also an audiophile, I am prepared to make the few trade-offs necessary with this speaker, to get the sound quality which stands out against all similar products I have heard.

I got Cerwin Wega 2 x 10 inches 3-way, years ago(still have them, good sound and love them). Today I have another two (Cerwin-Vega INT252V2 1400-Watts 2 x 15 Inches Passive 2-Way Loudspeaker) after hooked up. sound imaging, Bass can blow me away. Thanks Cerwin Vega give me all the sound I want to hear......
