I think this product is very good.

My just turned 4 yr old granddaughter has severe constapation. She has been on miralax which didnt work & currently is on milk of magnesia daily, probiotics, fiber gummies & exlax every 3 rd day until her bowels moves. Most days it takes 2 full days of exlax to work. I bought this because at this point we are willing to try anything but the flavor of this stuff is disgusting. I tried it 5 dys on a row & nothing we had to go back to exlax & milk of magnesia

Works and tastes like root beer :)
