Magic The Gathering Planes Walker Decks (Set of 2,180 Cards)

Everything came perfect! No box damage, cards in great shape! Both deck had 2 booster packs of Ravnica allegiance, so total of 4. I did get quite a few multiples of same card though. But I bought for the 2 planeswalker decks. Booster packs were a plus for me. 100% satisfied!!

Fun and great Planeswalker decks. However, be advised if you purchase to use the codes on Arena. The codes expired on July 1, 2020. If you are buying to use the physical cards you are ok but if you are buying to support online you will be out of luck.

A huge attraction to this purchase for me was that it had codes to get the deck in MTG: Arena. As somebody just starting out, the idea of having a physical deck mirrored in the online game was pretty attractive because I could learn the ins and outs of it online and then be ready with the physical one once in-person gatherings become a thing again. Unfortunately, what they don't tell you is that the codes expired back in 2020. 1 star because they never mentioned it anywhere, and I would have bought a different, newer, set had I known that.

These are fun decks to play against each other and some cool cards to add to a beginning collection. The real value is probably in the booster packs which provided some useful supplemental cards. The base set provides good blue/white cards to build a deck around, and I always love playing with red/green decks. Nicely balanced.

So one of the boxes was a little damaged... Not a big deal to me because I mainly bought it for the MTG arena codes to unlock them online. It was a key advertised focus point for me. However those codes have been long expired. Nothing was said about that otherwise I would never have purchased...
