After having tried three different IP video systems I settled on video cameras from Sumpple...and I couldn't be more pleased!To start off I was impressed with the cameras durable metal housing. Setup was very easy, the picture quality is exceptional, and it continues to operate flawlessly.WiFi connection is strong over long distances which is an issues I had with other cameras. I installed one camera about eighty feet away from my WiFi. Several walls are in between and I still get a great signal.The smartphone app is easy to use. I have been able to login and view my IP camera while on vacation and business trips. Plus pan/tilt/zoom functions are available! I installed the app on my phone as well as my wife's. Both work great.I did have a small issue with one of the cameras. My emails to Sumpple were answered quickly and the issue was promptly corrected. Support staff appears very knowledgeable and eager to please.I guess the best endorsement I can give the Sumpple IP cameras is that I will be buying more. And I am recommending them to friends and family.

After own this product for about 4 months I’m very shifty with it. The software and the app just keep getting better and better, there do very good job on keeping the product updated and address any issue. The customer service goes above and beyond, there will do whatever it takes to solve the problemThe hardware itself need some work, like the LAN outlet is way too big, I have to drill a very BIG HOLE to put it in the wall, and the camera does not have external drive that I can remove the data card. I have to take the thing apart to remove that date card. And there don’t have internal microphone. I would give them 3.5 start for the camera but I will give them 6 start for the customer service, so average to 5 starSo I very recommend you to by this camera, is very good price, nighttime is very good, the zoom is amazing! And the customer service is outstanding! (just the time zone is very different)

These are an exceptional value! They operate as advertised and installation was simple if one has a basic knowledge of networking and wireless. The tech support is outstanding and very responsive. Remote viewing is a snap and they interface with my nvr/dvr as well. I would buy them again !

only one camera came in the box.

Bought 2 cameras in December 2016. They worked well until about a month ago when they started losing WIFI connection often. I contacted the manufacturer and promptly was offered a replacement of both cameras which I received and installed shortly after. Happy to report they are working perfectly

L'unico problema che ho riscontrato che mi è toccato resettarle 2 volte.Veloci tantissime funzioni sulla app facile da utilizzare. Di notte arriva a 18 metri e di giorno anche a 27 metri
