They're basically trained workers who are professional liars/comedians....the products they sell are 100% garbage so they NEED to hire & train people to professionally lieand make it where you cant get your money back. it's actually very funny to hear some of the things they tell youwhen you call them.. LOL.."maybe you didn't cycle the battery correctly.......""you have to cycle the battery 3 separate times before your first flight,did you cycle the battery 3 separate times and wait for them to cool down in between each time"?.."yes sir, I did"... "ok well give me a second , I'll come up with some other funny garbage to throw at you,let me check the company handbook,... ah yes.. here we go.. did you freeze the plane's throttle bodyfor exactly 2 weeks, 5 hours, 43 minutes and 27 seconds.. before you boiled the inter-connector to thestem valve pressure release?"... "yes sir I sure did"... "hmmm... wow, you're a tough one...... did you...take the plane to mount vernon before your first flight, and point it at the heavens and do the megatech rain dancefor exactly 2 hours before you turned the transmitter on for the first time"?.."I would never think of 'not' doing so, sir"..... I still think you're doing something wrong...are you friendly enough with your megatech plane?, have you took it to the movies yet?,bought it a 45 dollar bag of pop-corn?.. it says here that you have our megatech v-12 348 model..that model enjoys the movie 'into the wild'.. with a box of whoppers.. make sure you rub her wings half way into the movie,that'll really soften her up... you wanna take her to red lobster after the movie..then exactly 2 weeks later youre ready to try and cycle the battery again...if that doesn't work just call us back anytime :-)"
