Yes it will I had it on my 96 Sportster 1200 the only problem is 4 days after I put it on the vibrations from the motor made it fall apart they sent me a new one and it fell apart 4 days later I do not suggest buying it spend a little more money and buy better one you get what you pay for

I can only tell you that this 5.75" LED was a plug&play upgrade on my '93 Dyna ....no mods needed on the bucket but a snug fit. An incredible improvement over the stock sealed beam !
