Only ONE in package even though it says TWO
These hot chocolate melts are fine. My grandkids love them and they work well and taste good. The reason for the 3-star review is that THERE IS ONLY ONE IN THE PACKAGE EVEN THOUGH IT SAYS "PACKAGE OF TWO." So you get half as many as you need for twice the price. Be aware of this when ordering.

Cute but Broken
Really cute idea but annoyed that one arrived broken and you can’t exchange it. How am I supposed to give one kid a perfect snowman and my other kid the broken one? Think this item should be eligible for exchange. I will not be ordering these again unless exchange is an option.

Arrived broken and box was crushed.
I can't figure out how to get a replacement sent. The package arrived crushed on one side and the hot cocoa frosty bomb was broken. I'd like to figure out how to get a replacement sent. Very upset...this was a gift I was going to put in my child's Christmas Eve box.

I misread the description. I thought it said 6/count which would be $2 for each snowman. WRONG! There’s only ONE! $12 for only one??? That’s an expensive tiny snowman! They’re $2 in the stores! 😤😖 And you can’t return it!!😡
