Is there an expiration date printed on the bottle?

Yes. I bought mine a few weeks ago and it has an expiration date of 8/2019.

My yorkie has had three baths with this and scratching worse than ever. Wonder if it is working or causing more irritation?

I would assume it is more irritation and discontinue. I noticed that when I have a cut on my hands while bathing my dog I can feel it burning. My guess is that the formula is best used when there isn't alot of skin damage ..like after the worst of an infection / hot spot is already gone. But I am not a vet. You may want to look into your Yorkie's diet. After 8-10 grand on vets , etc we took our dog off all the special expensive foods and now do fruits, veggies, beans, tofu, and a vitamin supplement. It's not ideal but he is now healthy, happy, and there are no more allergy symptoms. Zero...and my dog had an allergy study saying he was pretty much allergic to everything. The difference is astounding. My best to you and your pup.
