Pureflow Cabin Air Filter PC5478X | Fits 2006-01 Mazda Tribute, 2006-01 Ford Escape, 2004-01 Escape

When I opened the filter compartment on my vehicle, it was either empty or the filter had shredded. I vacuumed the leaves with a shop vac and then installed the new filter. The filter should be oriented with the arrows pointing downward (in-flow) contrary to some of the posted youtube instructional videos, so, you need to squeeze the corners, and the front and back edges of the filter (just a bit) in order for the filter to properly fit in its compartment.

This is the first cabin air filter that I have bought that fit perfectly in my 2001 Ford Escape without having to scrunch it into place. Also seems to be the best made filter that I have ever purchased. Would defiantly buy this brand again.

I liked the product because it was not expensive. The same part at national chains of auto retail stores are more expensive. The product arrived on time.

Changing the cabin filter makes a huge difference in the air flow. This cabin filter is much better than the OEM filter. the air flow and the odor was much improved after installation the new filter.

Tight fit that deformed the filter a bit, but will probably relax. Indicates a good fit probably. Used on an 2002 Mazda Tribute that my son drives.
