Amazing Grass Green SuperFood Drink Powder - 8.5 oz

I have been using this for over a decade and can safely say that it is amazing. I will not live without it. My energy level on a day without this vs with this is night and day. I have consciously experimented with this. By 3/4 of the way into my shift, if I forgot this or skipped it, I am spent, beat, tired, and hardly able to finish my shift. I go home and pass out. If I've had this (smoothie, water, coconut water, etc.), I am fine and can even go to the gym afterwards. DECADES OF EXPERIMENTATION HERE. For taste, I like it. It is springy, bright, very green, citrusy, and refreshing. If you are not a green lover like me, you may find it unpleasant; my partner says it like drinking grass LOL. What you are likely not enjoying is the super GREEN taste of it all. THAT'S OK. We do not supplement our diets, take our supplements, and drink our green drinks/smoothies for the yummy taste. WE DO IT FOR OUR HEALTH. We are big people (boys, girls, others) about it and get on with it. Who cares if you enjoy the taste? Do yourself a favor and get this. Have at least one scoop every morning (I have at least 2 at a time). My favorite way to enjoy it is in a smoothie but in a time/energy crunch, I'll put two scoops in a cup of water (around 16 oz), use a fork to mix, drink it down halfway, mix again, and finish it up. It does not really dissolve. It's more like a suspension. But it is fantastic and well work the money! And yes, it helps with regularity as well.

If you can get past the smell, it’s really good in your system

I’ve been using Amazing Grass Greens Blend (Original) daily for a little over two years now and it’s the only greens powder I’ve actually stuck with long-term. One scoop in cold water or a smoothie every morning gives me steady, crash-free energy, way better digestion (thanks to the probiotics and enzymes), and just an overall “I feel good” vibe that I didn’t have before. The taste is grassy but mild and pleasant—nothing overpowering. It mixes easily, no clumps, and one tub lasts me ~3 months, and the difference in how I feel (fewer sick days, clearer skin, no afternoon slumps) is undeniable. I can't belive I've never left a review. I've been drinking this stuff for over a decade and will continue to do so. Listen, we all are probably not eating enough fruits and veggies, and yes I know, WHOLE Fruits and veggies are better for you. I know all this, but I'm just too busy or stuff goes bad, so I do what I can and add this to my diet. Every night I'll have a scoop of this and a scoop of Psyllium husk powder before bed. You better shake it quick and drink it quick also... as this stuff will congeal with the Psyllium husk and turn into what I affectionately call "Pond scum." But I've been drinking this pond scum for a decade and will continue to do so. Its got some nutrients and the psyllium husk, will keep you wildly regular. So its better than a scoop of ice cream before bedtime. Amazing Grass seems to be good quality ingredients, is not too offensive when it comes to taste (compared to other green powders) and is very reasonably priced. I can't believe people pay what they do for AG1. I'm a happy customer and will keep buying!

These greens really get you moving. If you get what I’m saying. I wasn’t very keen on the taste, very earthy. I mixed in a glass of water and chugged it down. No upset stomach, the texture was fine. It just wasn’t for me.
