Great Sound Quality!
Powerful sound, crisp image. Great combo with MacBook and Logic Pro. They didn't include thunderbolt cable with it so make sure to buy one separately.

Not for Everybody. Windows Users Beware
I bought this knowing all the specs and researching it on the website. According to USD, my computer matched the requirements to run this Apollo. But when I got it, there was cracking and other audio issues. UAD say they have tested this with Windows 10 & 11. In my case, running a specked out Dell XPS 15 9500, it did not work. I hated to return it but UAD is not committed to Windows users and it's obvious. They refuse to integrate with Windows audio drivers (although they are an old standard) and they didn't even try to build Luna, their DAW for Windows. I own an Apollo Arrow and a Twin USB and they run fine. My attempt to upgrade failed

Problem with Logic Pro
Can't get audio to record loud enough to really be usable.. have this with a Sphere mic - and apparently it's a common known problem (according to some forum - maybe they're wrong) Can't get the Sphere plugin to work in Logic, whole thing has been very frustrating

My unit was dead on arrival.
At best my Apollo x4 unit can be used as a doorstop. No lights are on and I spent 4 hours troubleshooting on UA's page and YouTube tutorials. What really salts the wound is that I bought ASURION 3 Year Music Accident Protection Plan protection package that supposedly come with "EXPERT TECH HELP: Real experts are available 24/7 to help with set-up, connectivity issues, troubleshooting and much more." but trust me, that DOESN'T EXIST unless they are referring to the 3rd party people manning the phone lines who are unfamiliar with Universal Audio products as a whole. Rrrrrr!

the Unit is new, but the package seems not
the unit is new, no issue with registration on Universal Audio Web. Confirmed never been used. however, the packaging is not brand new. the Crean-round tape on the sleeve seemed manually crafted on both sides. The inner tray has footmarks on four position. the power supply box was already opened and taped poorly. just a bit concerned it was used one. but all went well on the UA account. so technically it is an open-box-unused.

Sin duda ha cambiado la forma de trabajar en todos los sentidos. Desde lo operativo hasta la calidad han mejorado muchísimo. Sin duda es de lo mejor que hay en el mercado

Potenciometro flojo
Lo regresé porque el potenciometro principal venía muy flojo, a parte la caja venía un poco maltratada, pareciera que ya lo habían regresado anteriormente.
