This is the third day of using it, i take three times a day and still no change, maybe it made me go to the bathroom a lot, Although it didn't made full or anything. But thats it. still waiting though :)

Not the best smell but really detox your body!

These are very good at controlling your appetite. Not as bloated as o used to be. Some think the capsule is too big but I find it perfect. Same as taking any other capsules. Ordering my second bottle.

This product has been fantastic for reducing my bloating and minimizing my cravings. I have truly enjoyed using this product in my everyday life as an addition to my new lifestyle. Très bon produit. Ne goûte pas trop le vinaigre de cidre vu que c'est en capsules. Utile d'en prendre avant le repas pour aider avec la glycémie.

Taking one star off because they are so large and not the easiest (for me) to swallow. But goodness, I've never tried anything that works so well of keeping off hunger pangs. I'm normally so "munchy" throughout the day with snacks, and these things keep my stomach satisfied and happy (helps me from being bloated). I know it's not a placebo because I'm not someone who psychologically remembers I take things (bad memory, haha). I'll literally turn mid afternoon or early evening and think "I haven't had a snack' or "why am I not super hungry" or "why do I feel super satisfied?" and THEN realize I took these earlier.
