Q: Will this work with a kenwood stereo?

It will be plug and play if your receiver has the same wiring on the back as an alpine receiver. If it doesn't it could still work if you cut the connector off of the amp on both sides and manually wire them together to the cars wiring and you stereos wiring. The wiring on the amp is no different than any modern receiver. Two power wires, a ground, and speaker wires.

Q: Does this really only use a 15amp fuse? Asking because if so, not way it is 45w x4 rms / 90w x 4 peak with that low of a fuse.

Yes, it is only a 15 amp fuse. The amplifier does not produce 45W RMS, it takes the feed from your factory stereo and increases it to 45W. Its closer to a 25W RMS x 4 amp. With that said, I put one in my truck and one in my Jeep and I love them.

Q: If I plan to install this and want to replace my factory speaker wiring, where would I splice into the power pack's harness? Thanks!

The harness that is plugged to Alpine head unit, plugs into this unit and the unit plugs back to the Alpine head unit. This is for Alpine plug and play, no splicing. If you do not have Alpine head unit, you will need the KTP-445U Universal Power Pack amplifies both an aftermarket or factory installed head units.
