Q: Is this unit easy to use?

Hi - yes it’s very easy . I wish it were a spray pump but it’s a regular pump. I use a small amount on each section of hair before I put in rollers . It has a nice fragrance- not too strong Hope that helps 😊

Yes I think so cause I have issues with sulfate also and since I have used this now about a year I've had NO problems.

Q: I have dry and damaged hair that is really fine. Will the shampoo and leave in conditioner benefit my hair and not weigh it down or make it look oily?

I am 68, have white hair that felt like hay it was so dry. I rec'd a sample of this in a magazine probably and was very pleased with the results after using the sample 3-4 times. I hope you can find my review. Anyway, this did not make my hair heavy or appear oily. I put a small amount on damp hair. I let it air dry and I also use a hairdryer. Either way, I liked the results and bought this and the Ginger leave in or rinse out conditioner. Next I try the mask!!
