Too thin. Did not use. Bought better quality to insulate my duct work. 1/2" with self adhisive.

Seems to make a difference
I installed these on a roll-up metal door on the inside using spray adhesive the spray adhesive is continuing to hold there is a improvement in the amount of heat transfer with this attached to the door is it a night and day difference now but it's a little better I live in Arizona and the Sun basically will heat the metal door to a point of not being able to touch it it's so hot so the adhesion is done through some 3M spray and it seems to be working so far time will tell
