Husky 205-Piece Multi-tool Stainless Alloy Steel Mechanics Tool Set H205MTS

This is the worst Husky Tool case I have ever owned. The first Husky set I owned at least kept all of the sockets and other tools in place but the hinges on that suitcase broke so I got this one! Both sides of that suitcase had nice slots for each socket that locked and kept each socket in place. I expected the same out of another Husky product and not being able to open the case in store I wasn't too concerned about the possibility of the sockets falling out. I've had this tool case for maybe a year now and several times I've dropped the tool box or it's fallen off a chair or workspace and all of the sockets on one side of the case fall out all over the floor.Shortly after buying this case and seeing what its problem was I actually had to make a piece of foam with another piece of thicker foam glued to it to go between each side of the case as it folds closed so the sockets would stay in place when I picked up the suitcase in its closed and locked position! Yes the sockets do not even stay in place when the suitcase is closed! Glad too this case has 185 pieces! I love wasting 20-30min putting each little socket back in its respective place when the Husky tool box designers maybe could've spend 20-30min figuring out a locking mechanism or something for each little socket. And letters and numbers for the sizes for each socket on the plastic case are pretty difficult to see and read as they are black, the same color as the plastic tool case. And then you have both 6 and 12 sided sockets that are all 3/8 drive so its easy to mix them up but I've gotten better at that now that I've had to put each socket back a couple times now.

The quality of the tools is exceptional. The plastic case they come in however is GARBAGE. The sockets and wrenches all fall out of place and get jumbled up when you lift it by the handle! What the heck! Are you kidding? How can you make such a great tool set like this and NOT make sure said tools fit in the box properly?? 3 stars because if that, it is extremely irritating to have them all fall out of place soon often. Again the tools are of exceptional quality.

I bought This tool kit at a home depot for $99 But for anyone who buys this kit. The tools are fantastic quality, but the case sucks. the case dosent hold the sockets in their place so if you open it on the wrong side your donr for. Other than the case its great use it every day. would give 5 stars if it weren't for the case
