the cavities is pretty deep
Not bad of a product, wasn't what i was looking for. so i returned it

Lovely light weight pan
Love this pan, we had Vietnamese pancakes whilst on holiday and I can now recreate them at home.I read other reviews and yes it might seem flimsy but it is in my opinion better than the cast iron type as it is light weight, easy to clean and store.
