Convenience Concepts Newport Serving Bar, White Faux Marble/Espresso

I have a love hate relationship with this. I do love it when its put together but the process took hours. Also, it's a lot more flimsy than I was expecting. Once you fill it in and give it some weight I like it more. Also some parts were just a little off and the holes were cheap and hard to keep screws in. Definitely use the glue they provide to keep things more securely in place. I do get a lot of compliments on it and it serves its purpose. I just wouldn't be surprised if I came home and it fell apart.

i’m definitely happy with this... it’s more of a value play than high end furniture, but with that said, it’s still pretty nice.the assembly wasn’t too hard but the engineering was silly... they supplied you with four different types of the same things when they could have been smarter and just designed them all the same size... silly things like that.two negatives... the wine glass slots are thin and will not hold all kinds of wine glasses. i have a really nice white glass set that is apparently too wide to fit in the slots.also... the storage area at the bottom is not tall enough to store larger sized bottles. all the bigger bottles can only go on top if you want to keep them out.it’s not exactly nit-picking as i wish i knew about these both before i purchased, but after spending all that time assembling this thing, i wasn’t going to return it... it just is what it is.i do like it though. it is a nice look and for the money it’s a nice buy, but if some of those other things are important, keep looking.

I also have a love hate relationship with this bar as well as this company, well, I take that back, I dislike this company. Ordered this bar and received it nearly a week earlier than expected, great right?! Not exactly, they failed to send the necessary parts to assemble. I called the company, told them specifically what I was missing and they overnighted the replacement, great job, except the replacement still didn't contain the parts that I specified I was missing. At this point ive had this disassembled bar in my living room floor for over a week. Called to reorder missing parts... again, they claimed they would over night them. Didn't arrive for another week. Finally got everything I needed, or so I thought, and attempted again to put this bar together. I will say the instructions are pretty clear and to the point which helps a lot. Anywho finally get everything together only to learn that I have absolutely no back panels for this thing. Smh, at this point im over the back and forth communication and waiting for things to arrive so I'll just use it as is. But I did have half a mind to send it back for a refund had I not gone through so much trouble to finally get it assembled. Overall im happy with the final product, assuming that it holds up without falling over. It's a little small but that's actually perfect as I don't have a lot of space in the place I wanted to put it anyway.

This product is very cheaply made and the company is even worse. I was about 75% of the way through the build (which took a couple of hours) when I discovered that the 2 pieces labeled 13 had holes drilled in different places. These two pieces should have been identical. This mismatch prevented me from finishing the bar as it is impossible to build it when these are not symmetrical. I contacted the seller who did not respond. After I sent a follow up days later, they mailed out a replacement instead of having any communication with me. Because of this, the replacement was sent to an address where I no longer live or have access. Had the seller responded to me, this all would have been avoided. After all of this, I requested a refund. First I was told that I needed to disassemble the entire bar, find a box that it would fit in, and return it to the seller at my expense. Obviously, that is not acceptable so I reached out to Amazon for help. The seller told Amazon that they refunded me $48.99 -- I paid $181 for this item and there is zero evidence of them ever sending any refund whatsoever. It has now been escalated and I have no idea if I will ever get my money back. Meanwhile, I've had a partially built bar on my living room floor for weeks. At this point I feel scammed and I regret ever buying this. If you are reading this, I strongly suggest that you buy a different product. This one is very poor quality and obviously quality control is lacking if this big of a flaw was not discovered in manufacturing.

it looks great it really takes about 4 hours to put together, but I love it
