My hair stylist sold me a bottle of this, very thick and will not come out of the flip top. I must open lid and pound it on my palm. Is this normal?

Very thick! But it doesn't take much and I love this product. I have long hair that is highlighted so prone to being very dry. This stuff works great.

Excellent product, leaked during delivery

I love this product. It has a lovely scent and it really helps maintain hair treatments for a ling time. However, they should really invest in sealing their caps better, as they arrived uncapped and leaking all over the box 2/2 times I ordered them
