I have naturally wavy hair, if i use this will it help my hair be more curled? also, if i use it, will i be able to not have "crunchy" hair?

Elizabeth, I am a big fan of this product. I don't know if it will accomplish your purpose if your hair is only "wavy", but it is a great product. I have curly hair that tends to frizz. I use this product along with the "Rockin' Ringlets". I despise "crunchy" hair. I use about a quarter size amount of the "Rockin" Ringlets", which is a light liquid gel product followed by the "Confident Curls" product. These products together gives me the hold of the curl shape without the "crunchy". I am happy to give more process suggestions if desired.

I'm new to Jessicurl and am having the worst time trying to get from the shower into a robe without soaking myself from my hair. Is there a technique?

Once your shower is complete use your microfiber towel to dry your hair.  It helps to set the curls.  Good luck
