I have used this a few time when driving our RV for more then a few hours or after hikes. It is perfect keeping my knee free - not locking up after sitting.A several months ago I was in a good amount of pain and wore it to bed. Sometime during the night I turn and knock the tank on the side.One star removed because there is no longer-hose option and you most lay on one side all nightWhen the cuffed relaxed water was went back into the air pump. Unit still work and used it a few more times then put it away. Went to use it a few days ago and it is dead. The LED flashes rapidly and you can adjust the timer but that is it. It is not working at all.I opened it up and there was some condensation in the pump housing. the PCB mounting screws had some corrosion but nothing else. Dried it up and check connection. Nothing. Still deadStar #2 removed as there is ZERO online support nor manual.Q. How do I get support or parts in near real time. This is a mandatory investment for post op knee surgery. The seller gets 5 ☆ customer service. The pump wasn't operating properly. I emailed on SUNDAY 4th of July weekend and got a call back within the hour. They fast shipped a replacement which arrived Tuesday. Then even text to be sure it was working and asked how my husband's replacement recovery was going! Just the way we treat our clients. Buy from this source, we will be again!

My husband had knee surgery many years ago. He still experiences pain in that knee and medicine just won't cut it. We love the size of the Beluga cold therapy cooler. It's very convenient to take around, plus the setup is really simple. The motorized pump is really nice and works really well. I would highly recommend this product to anyone that is looking for pain relief without meds.

It takes some prep but it maintains the cold. I freeze water bottles and add that instead of ice maintains the cold

Loved this! So easy to use. Easy setup and the timer on the pump was simple. Pump goes on and off to force the ice water into the cuff. Seems to work great for my husband's knee after surgery. Glad I found this!

I had total inner replacement surgery and using Beluga Article Flow Therapy has not only helped ease the pain but I found soothing. The pulsating feature stimulated the muscles surrounding my knee.
