Vango-Non-Stick Cook Kit, 4 Person, Black

As a camping newbie, I purchased quite a bit of kit this year for a family camping trip.Of all the new items purchased, these were the most disappointing.The non-stick didn’t last very long before it appeared to burn-off…even with my camping stove on the lowest setting. This left pretty bad marks on the pans, and meant that we had to be super careful with them so that they lasted the week.The design of these is, however, really clever. The fold-away handles are sturdy and the carry-bag is a neat and tidy (so warranting 2 stars).

The vango 4 person set has arrived. They seem to be good quality. The sauce pans are of a reasonable size. The frying pan is microscopic. Not a chance you could use for more than 1 person.The image on Amazon is very misleading. The saucepan is placed at the front of the picture to make it seem bigger than it really is.

This is a great little set of saucepans for a caravan where there is limited space. They store inside each other and the handles wrap around the saucepan so take up minimal space. I have used them once and so far they are fine. I bought the set for 4 people and they were fine for two of us. However, I think the set for two people would be tight for two so would advise going for the larger set.

I got these to use with a little camping stove while my house is a building site, used them a fair few times and very happy with them. Not 100% sure how long the none stick will last but seems good for the moment.

Worked brilliantly on a camp stove feeding a family of four. Packs away neatly saving space. Washes well.
