I had an old laptop where I wanted to connect the screen to it. The only thing I was afraid of was if my graphic card would handle the 3440 X 1440. Amazingly it did and the screen looks great.

1ms response time is actually 4ms without ELMB enabled and turning this feature on disables the Active Sync as well as the HDR features in the monitor. ELBM on also disabled the screen brightness and locks it at a very low level.HDR was fine and I was able to have it turned on at the same time as Active SyncUsing the Active sync (G-sync) with an Nvidia RTX 2070 graphics card caused brightness flickering at all framerates in all the games I tested. G-sync is not officially supported on this monitor and looks bad if you try to use it. I was unable to test Free Sync as I don't have an AMD card.Do not buy this monitor if you are looking for a 1ms response time with G-sync while running games in HDR.DO buy this monitor if you are looking for a 4ms responds time with HDR and don't need Active Sync.

So I have bought multiple monitors and finally settled on this Asus TUF. I really wanted the ultrawide and under $1000. This one came in at just under $800 after taxes. If you are looking for HDR it's not high end enough tbh and would recommend a HDR 600 minimum. I use this with my 3080 for 1440p gaming with HDR off and I am very pleased with the quality. From the deep black levels to the accurate (at least to my eyes) colors I couldn't have asked for a better product. It does have a curve but not as aggressive as the G5 which made some images look stretched but its enough to immerse yourself in the game/ video. I also use it for office work and have no complaints. It does have integrated speakers but they are nothing special would recommend headphones or decent speakers (even cheap speakers will be better then the integrated ones). Overall would recommend this product to anyone who is looking for that part time gaming part time work who doesnt want to spend more then the $1000 price point.

Debo decir que sera una pena devolverlo, casi perfecto. Es mi primer monitor con relación 21:9 (ultrawide 34'') y me parece muy bueno para productividad, ya que abrir 2 ventanas para trabajar en simultáneo es super cómodo; además, las películas y series que están grabadas en este formato lucen increíble y si, es verdad que estos monitores ofrecen una experiencia más inmersiva en videojuegos.Pese a los beneficios que este formato representa, creo que prefiero el formato de 16:9 en 32", me da la sensación de ser más grande (ya que el ultrawide es como tener un panel de 27" alargado), además, cabe destacar que mucho contenido está pensado para formato 16:9 y muchas veces se desperdician los laterales de la pantalla. Otro punto en "contra", es que no supe como hacer para correr Resident Evil 4 de Steam, ya que por alguna razón, con este monitor se traba al arranque (seguramente se puede arreglar, pero el que cause conflicto de entrada,no es bueno).En cuanto especificaciones es increíble y en verdad se desempeña como promete, maneja muy bien el ghosting haciendo la prueba de "UFO test" y no he notado ningún detalle de sincronización y cortes al jugar. Otra cuestión notable, es que, al ser panel VA, es perfecto para cuartos obscuros y creo me toco una buena unidad, ya que, haciendo pruebas de uniformidad en imágenes completamente negras y grises, presenta muy poca filtración de luz trasera (aunque he de admitir que la única, o por lo menos la más notable irregularidad, estaba en un punto superior central de la pantalla , por lo que sí me molestaba un poco al jugar Resident Evil 7, Little Nightmares y Limbo)Hasta aquí, espero haber descrito un excelente monitor, ya que en verdad lo es... perooooooo, tal cual se ve en el video que adjunto, hay ciertas escenas y con ciertos colores, que hacen una especie de ghosting verdoso, muy notorio a mi gusto (recalco que este efecto solo se presenta en circunstancias de color y brillo específicas en videojuegos) y al parecer no soy el único que reporta este efecto... y aunque a muchos no les molesta, yo lo considero importante, para ser un monitor de esta gama y precio. En verdad es una pena!

Despues de buscar muchos monitores ultra wide, por relacion calidad-precio, encontre este en oferta y wow! vale la pena, materiales de calidad, imagen de calidad.Es antireflejante, tiene soporte para VESA. Lo uso para trabajar (IDE) juegos en steam, xbox, etc y excelente todo, mucho mejor que tener multiples monitores, con este puedes tener 1 area variable de trabajo.

2 semanas de uso y sigo con mal sabor de boca.El monitor es impresionante, es muy grande, y con todo el brillo y muchos colores se ve fantastico. El problema llega cuando ocupas oscuros, tiene fugas de luz por cada rincon qje puedas ver y no es nada practico.De los 4 puertos de video, los use todos con disferente dispositivos y es muy incomodo estar cambiando por el boton de atras a la derecha abajo, mal hubicado.Los settings no se auto-configuran y cada que quieras cambiar a un puerto tienes que navegar para cargar los ajustes que hiciste para esa configuracion.Hice la devolucion y solo espero ya que lo reciba Amazon para que me haga mi devolucion
