The Grind

This book is basically a compilation of summaries of every successful business person plus way too much repetitive rambling. I resorted to skimming pages of chapters hoping it would become helpful in further chapters but every chapter was the same thing. Highly disappointing considering how motivating Eric Thomas' videos are. If I wanted to know how certain CEO's and millionaires earned their fortunes I would do a google search or buy their bios.

This is a great book! I am going to recommend it to some of my Army buddies just getting their first taste of leading in these difficult times! Like ET says "knowledge is the new money, get you some" and "information changes situations"!

My husband is a huge fan of Eric Thomas and listens to his podcast regularly. I got this book as a gift for him and he was ecstatic. Though not a typical "reader" my hubs jumped right in and this book is filled with inspiration and practical advice. Great read and perfect for a gift. 100% would recommend.

This came way faster then it said it would and so far it is a great book.

Awesome read

Not an Eric Thomas 'thehiphoppreacher' book. I bought this thinking it was the newest book by ERIC THOMAS 'thehiphoppreach', top motivational speaker who advocates 'the grind' or 'grinding' (previous books include 'The Secret to Success' and 'Greatness is Upon You'). This however is not from his franchise but clearly from another one with the same name, with a similar philosophy and similar interests. I have not read this book, so as of yet cannot comment on its content, but as it has passed the period of return I hope that its content makes up for what is a clear error in branding. For the price I paid and its not what I thought it would be, I am pretty disappointed.

It's good got some good quotes from it. The grind some of it is an I on the prize kinda thing. Imagine in detail the reward you stand to gain

His videos are great, his book reads like an encyclopedia. Too thick and condense. Poor writing style.
