Licorice & Bubbles LOVE it!!
After doing some research and comparing products and prices I ordered this rabbit hutch for my 2 adult chinchillas. Before ordering, I read the measurements and even compared the measurements of this hutch to the cage my chinchillas were in. When it arrived it was well packaged and the instructions were basic picture instructions. My son put the hutch together by himself in approximately 25 minutes. He said it was, "super easy to put together." Once put together, I put Licorice and Bubbles inside and after exploring for a bit they began to cut their teeth on it. Which I expected them to do because they chew on everything. So I simply will make sure they have hay and chew toys available to them so they don't have to cut their teeth on the cage. There is enough room for them to move around comfortably and to stand up on their hind legs. They can even stand up on their hind legs in the doorway between the "penthouse" and "cage" area. As active as Licorice and Bubbles are I have not had any issues with the hutch wobbling or tipping over. The pull out tray is fantastic and will make it easy to clean out their cage w/o disturbing them. I also like that there is a door in the "cage" section another door in the "penthouse" plus the roof opens. Which makes it extremely to care for them or simply pet them.I am posting images of the directions, showing measurements of the heights, length, and sections inside the cage. As well as images of the roof, outside walls, doors, and various other parts of the hutch.

I wouldn't buy again
Smaller then I thought it would be. And the pee just runs out, the tray needs to be closer or have a gasket. (See pictures)

this little hutch is a pretty good buy
Was skeptical at first because of the negative reviews but for the price, this little hutch is a pretty good buy. Mines came intact and is a pretty solid build. YES the unrine WILL leak to the floor (as much as you want to hope it won't... not a problem if cage is outside) mostly near the legs. I tried putting plastic cups under the legs but sometimes the leak was outside the cup raidius. The manufacture NEEDS to take note of this and fix asap. But honestly for the price it's not a bad hutch and I was able to develop a quick, inexpensive fix by trimming down a plastic storage bin (measurement slightly larger than cage) and placing the cage itself inside of it with bedding. Problem solved and I still have a solid, inexpensive hutch. To me it was still worth it.

UNSAFE FOR OUTDOOR USE - Buyer Beware!!!
This hutch worked fine for our bunnies at the start...until a friend's Husky managed to break through the bottom somehow and kill both of our buns :( :( I beg this company to PLEASE construct a more sturdy home for prey animals - we didn't even know the hutch had been broken into until I opened the top to greet them (it was nighttime w/ dim lighting) and discovered the bottom completely collapsed and the buns missing. Very traumatic to say the least. We learned our lesson the hard way and now only build our own hutches to ensure maximum safety/durability - no incidents since.

Very nice hutch
Great for an indoor pet such as a lion head or mini Rex. It lost a star because I don't think it would hold up in outdoor weather it does have an asphalt roof but if a strong wind hits this thing it will become toothpicks and the poor bunny ugh. It was easy to assemble and everything fit together perfect with no alterations oh I think they had the screws labeled wrong but there are only 3 different lengths but the number of each are correct, and you'll see that in the instructions as this was the case in both of the ones I bought. Over all I think this is great, the first wood is very light weight and the slide out tray takes most of the work out of the chore of cleaning up. My 8 year old boy has found a new passion and responsibility.

5 hops length
I purchased this as an alternative to making a rabbits a hutch. I have 2 mini rex rabbits and thought this size would fit them. After building the hutch (which is super easy; my 10 year old build it herself) this is when we noticed how small this hutch really is.I gave this item 3 stars since it does look like the picture. So I got what I paid for. But this hutch is super tiny. My 2 mini rex rabbits can't not share this hutch. I honestly don't even want 1 rabbit inside. It takes my rabbit about 5 hops to go from one side to the other. The door way that seperates the "room" is flimsy. So everyday I check the doorway to see if my rabbit knocked it out of place. So I like I said I purchased this as an alternative but now for sure I have to build something to hold by rabbits.

Don't do it
I would give this a negative star if I could. I was cheap, I read the reviews, thought somehow I would luck out, and built this in my living room in September. Took it out to the bunny enclosure. The tray broke free and the bottom fell out in mere months. Imagine my joy when I came home on Christmas eve to my doe, shivering in a snowbank. She died 4 days later, and I blame some of it on that hutch. I also have the two story, double hutch for my bucks. Again, the upstairs gave way, and that one didn't even take a month. It was a two person job and very difficult to piece back together the cheap balsa wood it apparently was made with. Spend the extra money. You will thank yourself later. Advantek's line of these hutches is awful.

Get a better cage somewhere else!
It's a nice cage and came with all the parts once done BUT mine came with some major issues. The wood it is made from is very weak so you need to be gentle. Also you need to put it together but some parts are already done for you. On mine the parts they already constructed were done wrong. they messed up where they put the holder for the divider and the hinges for the roof. Also the wooden door in the front was broken and wouldn't close. SoI'm sure you could find a better cage out there. We are using this for a hamster so it's really big and spacious but definitely WAY too smallFor a bunny.

Received in the mail today and am very disappointed. The wood is cheap and thin
Received in the mail today and am very disappointed. The wood is cheap and thin, very poorly created, and the pieces dont even fit together right. Would not recommend.
