UPDATE: The new shoe rack is PERFECT!!!! The redesign eliminates all shaking. No need to balance the shoes. Extra bonus is the additional space between the back of the hanging shoe and “seat bar”. Couldn’t be happier!!!! Thank you for the A++++++ customer support!!!!! The shoe rack is shaky, but after reading my review, customer service reached out and asked if I would like to try an upgraded version of the shoe rack and/or a refund. Totally wasn't expecting that kind of customer service!!!! Based on their desire to make me happy (and I didn't reach out to them to do that) I have updated my rating to a 5. You don't get customer service like that anymore. They made this old school almost senior citizen extremely happy. I know I will buy from this company again. I will let you all know how the upgrade I like having my shoes up away from my cat but the device is shaky. You have to hang both shoes at the same time or the one you are trying to hang will fall off. Wish it was more stable.

Keeps your shoes off the floor and out of the way.Should really be supplied as standard in my opinion.

Looks very OEM, almost like it came right from peloton that way! Although when. You're cycling and there is no shoes on the rack there is a little movement from it moving around, nothing major but... To some it light be. Sure you could zip tie them in place, or electrical tape around where it contacts the weight rack to make it quiet.
