I have bought several dalstrong knives that has all come with the nice fitted black sheath cover for each knife. Is it possible to order the sheaths

Thank you for your question! When you purchase this knife block set, sheaths aren't included. Unfortunately, we currently do not sell the sheaths individually. But you can contact us at info@dalstrong.com to check with customer support about what they can do for you about this.

Can I get a set with 8 steak knives instead of 6?

Unfortunately this set only contains 6 steak knives. But you can purchase the additional steak knives you need separately (we only sell them in sets of 4)

Are these made in China?

People can be so annoying answering questions they have no helpful answers for. Yes Dahlstrong makes quite nice knife bags and rolls. They come in different colors too and yes they have the protective inner flap to help separate the blades from contact. Very nice quality product as are their knifes.
