Will block or divert water. Very good product.
These are great and do as described. Used in a recent rain event and kept water away from the area needed. They take awhile to expand and will take a long time to dry out and inflate but can then be rolled up again when flat.

Deflates easily one of the bags deflated after 1st use, worthless bags
