BBQ Fans Letter J Steak Branding Iron

I ordered one of these for my husband and one for my son. I know the ad says it's 12 inches, but 12 inches is just too short for use on a grill. It's going to take a clever griller to use this because it's not long enough for safe use. ALSO, there are no instructions about use or cleaning or care. Disappointed.....

I got one locally at Knotts Berry Farm and the quality of the iron was much better. Its good. Its decent. Just not quite as heavy as I was looking for.
