Fitbit Surge Charger, Soulen Replacement USB Charger Charging Cable for Fitbit Surge Fitness Superwatch (2-Pack 3.3ft Black)

These cables will not fit my surge, in the attached picture my original cable is on the right compared to the cables I received on the left. The plug is too small to fit my surge as well as only two prongs present as opposed to the four the original charger uses.That aside, the cable is a cheaper plastic than the original, and the ends are plastic instead of rubber. This is expected as I spent $10 on a third party product. I would not have any issue with the cheaper materials IF I could charge my watch, now I have cheap cables to look at while I use my original charger that is slowly failing.EDIT:I have been contacted by the seller and a new set arrived quickly, the charger works well. Getwow did a very good job of ensuring all of my charging cable needs were met.

I love everything about this charger and hope it proves to be a quality product in the long run. I bought my surge 2 years ago and haven't worn it in over 6 months. After a move, I lost my charger and found these on Amazon. It came in my SAME DAY shipping order nicely packaged. I've only used one from the package so far. It connected beautifully! I want to say even better than my original surge charger did. I had issues with my original charger where it wasn't staying put and the slightest movement would make it come undone. I wiggled and jiggled these ones while plugged into my band and it still stayed in place and charging. I'd highly recommend this to anyone needing a replacement charger or just want some extras around. Thank you for this great product!!!!

Did not fit securely on my surge. Would not stay connected.Update: After writing my original review, the customer service department contacted me via email. Explained there was an 18 month warranty and if I would accept a replacement order. I accepted and within a few days my replacement order arrived. These new cables fit perfectly! Lisa at GetWow explained that sometimes they might get a bad lot, that was my case because these new cables fit great! I should've contacted the seller first and this all would've been taken care of. So my new review is "a great buy, great customer service" I would definitely recommend!😎

These will charge your watch. They clips that hold the charger do keep the charger snapped in well and the charger will slip out of the watch. Since the watch sits when charging, it hasn't been too much of an issue for the price.

My husbands review....We got these when one of our original fit bit cords finally broke and wouldn't work right. Pretty good deal for 2 and they work just like the original. We had originally kept ours plugged in the bathroom outlet and sometimes it would catch moisture which caused the terminals to rust and not make a good connection. Now we keep an eye on it and not keep it near the sink with water splash.

Only problem is it needs a good wiggle to sit right and charge. Other than that, all good.

Update:They were very quick to reach out and proactively offer a refund/exchange, so you can safely buy from them and return it easily if it doesn't work.These work but not at all as well as the original. You have to perform a lot bending and begging to keep the contacts touching in order to make the charge happen.

Shortly after I received my Fitbit Surge for Christmas, I lost the charging cable. After checking with Best Buy and Fitbit I found they were $35 for the replacement. Then I saw a 2 pack offered on Amazon for less than $10 and Prime meant no shipping charge. I ordered them, not expecting much for the price, but was pleasantly surprised. The quality is as good as the original that we found wedged between mattress and box spring and follow up by the seller has been top notch. I am trusting Amazon Sellers more and more
