Great Product!!!
My dad who is 92 and still very active and can remember everything would take a teaspoon a day when I was growing up and I just started taking it now for a few weeks and my skin has always been good but it has more of a dewy and youthful appearance, my gut health seems to be better as well. I will continue to take it, I really do believe this will help with preventing dementia and heart problems, the skin benefit is a bonus.

I have heard that Cod Liver oil is good for cold symptoms (not a cure) for many years. It's also a good source of Omega 3. So likewise I take a teaspoon daily.
