Heat tape for doing powder coating
The tape is good it withstands The heat and that's what it's supposed to do but it's not a sticky as I thought that it would be so you have to be very careful not to have grease or dirt

Did my fiberglass job.
I used the tape with sign board to make a make a fiberglass mold of a part that I wanted duplicate. I got a variety of sizes because I wasn't sure what size would be best. The tape held securely, there was no reaction to the gel coat or resins, and there were no release problems.

Works as should, a little hard to use
Handles the heat of powdercoating (450f), can be a little difficult to work with though, don't expect painters tape. More of sticky milar.

Great for powder coat masking.
Used on my first hobby sized powder coating project. Easy to work with. Good adhesion and held up 400 degrees F. zero discoloration and masked areas were perfect. Highly recommend.
