説明の写真に、80代ぐらいの高齢者写真が掲載されてるが、「これじゃあ無理じゃないの？」と思う。オモチャと考える強度では無い。高齢者リハビリとか、なんらかの原因で力が入りにくいとか言う方にも不適な気がする。しかし、特に指に嵌めるほうは、パッキン筋肉な人には弱いかと思うレベルではある。そういう中途半端なレベルなんで、中年の筋トレとかにはナガラで出来るレベルとも言える。自分は腕を痛めたリハビリに。高齢者では無いんで、ソコソコの強度で良い感じである。

ジムでクライミングした後の、ばね指防止のために買いました。手軽で便利でした。

買ってみたんですが一番柔らかいやつでも高齢では、結構硬く力が要るみたいです。なので若い人が握力をつける用なのかな。
