The headunit fit perfectly, now i don't know if there were instructions but i did not need them because everything was plug and play. Your first question will be well does my speakers work with HK system, Yes!Will your factory USB center console work, Yes! The rear view camera works also. It really is plug and play.The steering wheels are up to you to set up, on the radio under Car control/ wheel control, all you do is click a steering wheel button then tell the radio what that button is ie. Volume up or volume down. Even lets you custom a long button hold option.Tips:The star link system must remain with the car.You don't need the microphone provided, if u don't want toThe Canbus CamVIN yellow RCA plugs into the headunit CamVIN RCA, this ompletes the loop to see your camera.There is an adapter provided and used to connect the single white usb ( on headunit) to the stock 4 pin connector, kind tough to ,connect but it will.overall i would buy again and i love the fit of this, youtube is helpful also if needed,2018 subaru wrx limitied with Harman Kardon

It's a nice head unit but a bit pricey given lack of features compared to idoing such as olem screen and petter processor. it's sound quality and a couple other features are better than idoing but it's slower. I returned it because the factory back up cam did not work, it's possible it was a setting issue but I returned it before sygav guided me through a troubleshooting process as I waited a few weeks before trying to install thus didn't want to risk missing return time if it couldn't be remedied... If you buy I suggest testing it out as soon as possible so you have time to troubleshoot if there is an issue with back up cam. I had 18 forester xt with hk

MANUFACTURER WAS HORRIBLE, DIDN'T HELP, DIDN'T ACKNOWLEDGE ANY OF MY PROBLEMS. THEY TOLD ME TO PUT THE DEFECTIVE RADIO BACK IN MY CAR SO THEY COULD GET AN ID NUMBER--ABSOLUTELY USELESS!!! WHY WOULD I PUT A DEFECTIVE RADIO BACK IN MY CAR??? MECHANICS ARE VERY COSTLY, I'VE ALREADY HAD THIS RADIO PUT INSTALLED AND TAKEN OUT MULTIPLE TIMES. THE COST OF A MECHANIC IS $175/HOUR--WHICH I WILL NOT BE REIMBURSED FOR.ON TOP OF THAT, AMAZON CUSTOMER SERVICE DID NOT HELP AT ALL!! JEM E. WAS THE WORST, NO EMPATHY AND READ OFF A SCRIPT THE ENTIRE TIME. This radio has turned out to be a complete disaster. From day one, it has been a constant source of frustration and financial strain.The laundry list of issues is extensive – a malfunctioning radio, persistent Bluetooth failures, an unresponsive screen, constant glitches, and the inability to play music. To add insult to injury, using the hands-free calling feature resulted in people on the other end being unable to hear me – a critical failure for such a device.In an attempt to salvage the situation, I consulted multiple mechanics and Subaru technicians, incurring exorbitant costs for labor. Their conclusion was disheartening – I had to remove the radio unit to prevent further damage to my car's fuse box.This purchase has been a headache and a terrible investment. I expected a reliable and functional device, but what I got was the opposite. It's disheartening to see a product of such poor quality on the market.I strongly advise potential buyers to steer clear of this radio unit. Save yourself the agony and opt for a more reliable option. I'm now seeking a refund and I hope the company addresses the glaring quality issues with their product to spare others from a similar ordeal!

Installation was a bit tricky but I almost got it perfect. I have a 2015 Subaru Impreza.All works VERY well except for the back up camera. When I was installing I noticed that the white adapter had no where to plug into. Not sure but when I go into "R" I only see the error triangle. I think it is a power issue because I did not plug the white (in the photo) into anything.Anyone have advice?

No directions included, but very easy to understand. Must keep the Subaru Starlink module (bolted on w the factory radio) in order for the front speakers to work.Steering wheel controls work, but must be set up one button at a time.Perfect fit. Very happy.

Rear view cam is not working we tried everything to plug to everything and still doesn’t work I have Subaru 2016 Wich it says it’s compatible with plug and play but that’s not the case here with the camera

I would like to apologize for my previous review I miss place the 2 clips that came with the product I found it and everything is 👍.

It was easy to install, but I’m missing the wire to connect my steering wheel!
