Sony - C400 Wireless Behind-Neck in Ear Headphone Black (WIC400/BZ)

This headphone has very good clarity, Noise cancellation is good. There is a soft bass which comforts the ear even when playing metal songs. Very durable. Battery backup is very good. Its battery lasts almost 1 - 2 days depending on use. It comes with four pairs of soft removable ear buds with 4 different sizes which is a good thing. The NFC support is a time saver to connect quickly with my Galaxy M51. It does not connect with 2 device simultaneously at a time. It is not water resist and as it supports bluetooth 4.2 rather than bluetooth 5.0, the range is short. Due to bluetooth 4.2, if headphone is playing songs and connect with any device that is on other room. It might get disconnected easily. Hope you will not get disappointed buying this product. I am pretty much satisfied with the product.

So far I've used many earphones but this piece of Sony was wonderful ,I don't know why i gave 4 stars instead of 5and here's why ,In the neckband category no doubt this is the best product in most every aspect .1. SOUND QUALITY The most important feel is the sound for every individual and here WI-C400 is absolutely worth its price with high Treble and decent Bass.2. DESIGN & BUILD The Design is classy with all operating buttons on one side feels easy and quick to interact & Built quality is definitely the best it feels its a premium earphones. also NFC( Near-field communication) is available.3. BATTERY LIFE One of the most lifesaving thing is the battery with up-to 20 hrs backup feels full powered through my entire week, seriously the battery is Amazing.4. WIRE QUALITY Wire is never tangled it always stay on the same position.5. INSIDE THE BOX Warranty papers , Manual ,Charging cable ,Earbuds with different sizes. DRAWBACKS1. Its not completely Waterproof2. Lack of bass3. High Latency MY PROBLEMS After using around 9 months my left side earbuds stopped working don't know why i used very carefully however ,warranty saved me and I got a new piece i was literally very happy until after 4 months again i am stuck with the same problem left side not working .I tried everything but i couldn't find the fault. Don't take as a negative point it could be even my fault. But every electronics must be handled with care & This is the best earphones in the neckband segment so GO FOR IT .... I Bought this earphones on 21-06-19 .

I'm writing this after a month of use. Earphone are good bass is not that great but if you equalize the bass then it's good but still not that deep bass. deep bass lover it's not for u If u only buying for bass then I won't recommend. But it's good coz you can wear this for whole day and still you won't feel uncomfortable. I love this coz it's battery back up it run on 1 charge for 19hr. Thats awesome. Nocise cancellation is good and sound quality is also good. You can buy it with out a doubt.

Pros:Battery lasts up to 2 days even with heavy usage. I am able to continuously listen to music or be on call for more than 10 hours, still the battery level stays high! Battery charges quickly too, takes about 2.5 hours to full charge. Sound quality is decent. Do not expect the Thump or augmented bass response from this product, although the bass is not bad for your daily work out sessions. Build quality is good. The wires although look flimsy and thin, the quality is good enough to keep it from snapping off from the neck band.Cons:During phone calls, the microphone picks up all the ambiance around you so much and blends the sound into the call audio, including your own voice. Because of this you wont be able to hear the person calling well enough. Also, the microphone fails to pick-up the voice loud enough for a good calling experience. I am having to pull the mic up to my chin & speak every time as the listener keeps complaining of very low audibility to my voice. The Ambient noise is picked up louder than the voice making it necessary to hold the mic close to your mouth. If you have a naturally loud voice, or if you will be using this product in a relatively silent environment then you should be just fine with this product.Do I recommend it? Well, after 4 months of usage, I would say Yes and No, as it all depends on the Pros and Cons that I have mentioned above. Otherwise, it's a Sony product. So there shouldn't be much of a concern apart from the Cons mentioned above in deciding to buy this.Cheers!
