The tea infuser is great. Looks good, and is of high quality. However I’m quite dissatisfied with this seller whom I tried contacting several times to ask about my missing item (I ordered two pieces & received just one). Still didn’t get any response, a month after I received my delivery.

I love how quick and easy this is to use on the days that I don’t want to be bothered with my tea pot. This is a great product, easy to clean and great for steeping a second cup as well.

I ordered this tea infuser because the product description said that it was made of 304 grade 18/8 stainless steel. I did not want to use a silicon product or a product with bad grade steel. The product finish is good as is the quality of steel. However, the mesh appears to be a bit thin. I am not saying that the mesh is too fragile, but it is thin.As for the size of the infuser, it is much bigger than my other infuser, and can easily be used in a kettle for two large size cups of tea. Most of the infusers are round, but the square shape of this infuser helps increase its size and more tea leaves can be added so that it can be used for two cups. However, it is more difficult to clean a square infuser.
