Could be cheaper considering the size of material. Quality and finishing is good. Just expensive.

It's not a velvet material as mentioned, it is synthetic fabric- does the job, keeps the dust away.. I bought this for a 49 keys Casio, so it is a tad loose. Otherwise unremarkable.
