Q: To the manufacturer renogy; can i add a longer cable? if so how long and what order number? thanks you.

I replaced the cable on my renogy solar suitcase with 25 feet of Marine 10/2 (2 conductors of AWG 10 gauge fine stranded tinned copper), and on the other end I put a Andersen Powerpole PP45 plug, which fits all sorts of other Andersen PP 12V DC stuff I have. I have the older Solar Suitcase with the 30A controller, AWG 10 is about the largest wire that fit comfortably into its outputs. 10 is good for like up to 40 amps, so the 8 or 15 amps max of one of these Solar Suitcases is easy.

Q: Is 35.6 x 25.9 the size of the two panels opened up?

No just one panel, double that for open unit

Q: Are alligator clips and cord included?

They include "Battery Terminal Clips" . Larger than "alligator clips. THis is a very nice system, although pretty heavy. The cover is very thin and offers little protection. The Cord is approximately 8 feet long. Make sure you hook to battery first, before you connect the terminals from the solar panels to the controller.

Q: Will this work with AGM batteries?

According to the manual for the included charge controller it will charge all commonly used rv batteries.
