There wasn't anything wrong with the product it just didn't work for my very long fine, straight thick hair. I felt like it coated the hair to make it smoother. My hair is already smooth and it just left it feeling...gunky.It wasn't so bad that I returned it; I just don't plan to buy again

I was originally looking for Fekkai Glossing shampoo and conditioner, I had tried a sample and was ready to commit...until I saw the price. I did purchase Fekkai, but I don't use it very often because I am afraid to run out. I needed an "everyday" shampoo and conditioner that would add as much shine as Fekkai, and I do believe I found it (or as close to it as I can find!).This shampoo is nice and light, has a nice lather, and really cleans well without leaving residue. It adds a good amount of shine, and I really like it as a low-cost alternative to Fekkai. Not to crazy about the smell, though. I wish it were more feminine or perfumey. It's not a bad smell, it's just a generic smell that doesn't really do much for me. Personal preference, I love things that are "over scented".

I've been using this for several years now and I just love it. Combined with conditioner, it leaves my curly hair soft and manageable.

I love proclaim stuff and this works wonders. I have destroyed my hair and this manages to keep it healthy looking

This is a very good product. Leaves your hair silky, soft, and moistured.

Leaves hair manageable, good fragrance.
