Sorry, I just sent to Amazon for a renewed order and haven’t noticed it was different. I do like the product. Goes on smoothly and seems to work well with my almost 87 yr old skin.

Q: Does this go on over the serum?

Yes it can go over the serum.It can be used alone too.Personally I prefer to use the serum with the protect and perfect intense moisturiser.

Q: After you let it sit for a few minutes can you use powdered foundation over?

I let it completely absorb and then use a liquid foundation so I cannot say how a powdered foundation would react. Mine worked fine.

Q: The box had a seal at the top, but not the bottom. The jar did not have a disc between the lid & the product.is this typical?

I'm personally never bothered by the lack of a seal at the bottom of a box....I'm not certain that any of the Boots ever had seals at the bottom. In any case, I don't even think there was a disc or seal between the lid and product either. As long as you purchased your item via Amazon or an affiliate, I'm pretty sure you'll be ok. The cream has a very slight pleasant smel to it l and you would know if the cream was harming your skin. Perhaps, you should try a bit on your wrist for the first time and that might put your worries to rest....better safe than sorry.
