Good until it is used a lot
After using it for some time it has become slightly softer or worn where my knees are. Otherwise it is nice addition for knee support.

LOOOVE it!
I beat up this mat and it still works great! I use it several times a day for my knee injury to get up and down off the floor during Bird Dogs, Yoga, and Pilates. It’s incredible. Saved me from having to wear a knee brace to the gym! I get compliments all the time from people how cute and convenient it would be to have one. Love it so much.

Ottimo supporto per ginocchia
Il tappetino è abbastanza spesso e morbido da rendere l'appoggio delle ginocchia decisamente confortevole! Lo uso per le posizioni yoga ed è eccezionale! Garantito!!!

Great cushion, Nonslip, no Odors, & it Keeps its Form
The cushion has kept its shape, softness, and thickness after 3 months of usage. I have troublesome knees and it has allowed me to perform movements that would typically hurt (but not with this cushion in place). I roll it up with my Gaiam Yoga Mat, and it extends back to shape (if rolling corners are placed down). When in use, my knees also don't touch the bottom surface (since the mat is thick enough to absorb the impact and weight well). I'm 145lbs and this mat has kept up with my workouts. I have used it for Knees, Back, and Elbow/forearm workouts. I got mine in the cute dusty pink color. It does look like the vendor offers a better price for this item directly on their site. It is true to size and fits my Yoga Mat well. The mat does wrinkle, but has no tears. It does not move around when in use (great non-slip). It also travels well (since it rolls up easily and is small enough). I would recommend.
