Does not cling like others of this kind
I have used this kind of item on my windows over the years, and I found this particular brand does NOT adhere to the window very well AT ALL. I even cleaned the windows really good and used a hair dryer to help soften the stuff - buy a different brand, because this does not work like it is supposed to.

Lacks cling and sticking power
I have it a good rub and it sure did have a lot of static build up on it. Put on the window, just a small 24*12 so not a lot of weight to the piece, but you could see it losing it's cling quickly. By morning it has fallen off under it's own weight. This is quite thick stuff. Too heavy for it's own cling. Pity
