Q: Are they quarter size or nickel size?

They are 1/2” smaller than a nickel. They work great I use them for making Italian wedding soup meatballs . Fill and freeze for an hour till hard pop out and store . Hope this helps .

Q: Can I put this in the refrigerator?

Yes and the oven. It's heavy grade silicone 3 or 4 times thicker than standard. Doubt they will ever tear compared to the standard ones.

Q: What are the dimensions of the cavity?

1/2” diameter x 1/2 depth. The openings are round. I have used them & they work great. Cover keeps them soft.

Q: Can it withstand 300 degrees Fahrenheit or more?

Old question, but yes, I baked it at 350 for about 10 minutes when I first got it. It's durable.
