Unable to unlock at times
It doesn’t always unlock from outside leaving you locked out!

Mechanical lock didn't work. There was no locking mechanism. Faulty and will be returning.

Install sucks
I am still trying to get this thing installed it has been a nightmare probably the most difficult door lock I have ever had to deal with

Works great
WE used it on a sliding glass patio door. Much better than the old keyed lock. Holes had to be redrilled to fit right, so it took a bit of extra work. But the result has been worth it.
